TSF2 Basic Navigation
Logging in to the TSF2
New Users
- To be added to the TSF2, contact your Post-School Survey District Manager. If you don’t know who that is, or if you need to be added as a District Manager, contact CCTS.
- Once you’ve been added to the system, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account. That link expires in 24 hours.
- For a new account activation link, visit the TSF2 login page (https://cctsTSF.com Links to an external site. or https://cctsTSF.org Links to an external site.) and click the Reset Password button.
Returning Users
- Once you have a TSF2 account, you can log in from one of two URLs: https://cctsTSF.com Links to an external site. and https://cctsTSF.org Links to an external site..
- Login credentials are your email address and password.
- If it’s been over a year since you’ve accessed the system, if you’ve forgotten your password, or if you can't remember if you have an account, visit the TSF2 login page and click the Reset Password button. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and will receive instructions for next steps.
Post-School Survey Home Page
Once you log in to the TSF2, you’ll be directed to the Post-School Survey Home page. The Home page includes links to the District List, Guidance Materials, Reports, Presentations, and Latest News.
- District List: navigate to the School List and then to your Leaver Survey List
- Guidance materials: links to the Post-School Survey Training Materials
- Reports: charts and graphs of post-school outcome data from the last five years
- Download presentations: access PPT presentations with your district’s post-school outcome data
- Latest News: the most recent update from CCTS
Top Bar Navigation
You can also access all the pages listed on the Post-School Survey Home page from the TSF2 top bar navigation. This bar stays in place wherever you are on the site. It includes the Post-School Survey dropdown menu, a link to the Help page, and the Account dropdown menu.

The Post-School Survey dropdown menu includes links to the Home page, District List, Guidance Materials, News Feed, Presentations, and Reports Dashboard.
Help page
If at any time while you’re using the TSF2 you encounter unexpected behaviors with the site, such as broken links or anything that’s not working the way you think it should, please click this Help link. You’ll be directed to a form that you can fill out and send directly to our team. One of us will get back to you within 48 business hours.
Account dropdown menu
The top navigation bar also includes an Account dropdown menu. From here, all TSF2 users can review user account permissions, reset passwords, and log out of the system. Since the TSF2 contains confidential information, it’s important to close or log out anytime we step away from our computers.
District Managers
From the Account dropdown menu, TSF2 users with the District Manager user role can also access the Manage Users page, which is where you can add or edit user accounts for your district.
