TSF2 Account Permissions for LV Users

Before survey phone calls can begin, schools' Leaver Survey Lists must be verified in the TSF2 by someone with a Leaver Verification (or LV) user role or District Manager (DM) user role. The LV user role should be someone with access to student-level data.

TSF2 users with LV permissions can perform all tasks that involve editing the Leaver Survey List for their assigned schools:

Add and delete leavers
Review and edit leaver demographics
View, add, and delete surveys that have not been submitted
View total number of complete, incomplete, and in-progress surveys
View and download post-school outcome reports and presentations for district and state

LV users cannot start or edit surveys unless they also have the Conduct Survey (CS) user role assigned.

Prepare to Verify
- Gather leaver information
- Ensure access to the TSF2
In the TSF2, Review and Edit Leaver Survey List (for each school)
- Add and Delete leaver surveys
- Review and Edit leaver demographics
