Once Leaver Survey Lists are reviewed and edited for accuracy, they're ready to be verified. This page includes instructions for verifying Leaver Survey Lists in the TSF2.

Instructions

Navigate to your school’s Leaver Survey List page.
Under the Review and Edit Leaver Survey List heading, click the Verify Leaver Survey List button.
If all information is accurate, click OK to confirm. Your Leaver Survey List will shift into survey-mode.

Confirm List Accuracy

I’ll get a popup that asks me to confirm that the demographics match my school’s records. I’m certain they do, so I’ll click OK.

Leaver Survey List page – List verified and in Survey-Mode

When I return to my Leaver Survey List, it’s now in survey-mode. The page heading changed to Leaver Survey List and Progress.

The Demographics column and the Delete column disappear. Instead, there are four new columns related to the survey: Post-School Survey (for starting and editing surveys), Survey Status, Last Edited date, and Survey Submitted, which appears checked after a survey is completed and submitted.

My job as the leaver verifier is complete, unless I realize that the information needs to be updated. If my list needs to be modified after I’ve verified it, I need edit the Leaver Survey List and then re-verify that it’s accurate.
