Guide: Delete Leaver Surveys

A leaver survey can be deleted from the Leaver Survey List if the former student was not age 16-21* at time of exit, did not have an active IEP at the time of exit, and/or the student is currently enrolled in high school.

*Age criteria will change to 16-22 for the 2026 survey (2024-25 leaver year).

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your school’s Leaver Survey List page.
  2. Locate the Leaver Survey in the table.
  3. Under the Remove Leaver column, click the Delete button.
  4. In the popup box that appears, select the reason for deleting the survey, then click Delete.
  5. Click OK to save and remove the survey from the TSF2.

Note: Surveys cannot be deleted by an LV user once they are submitted as complete. To delete a completed survey, contact your District Manager or CCTS.

Remove Leaver Survey

If Former Student 2 dropped out of Example High School in the 2022-23 school year but then reenrolled during the 2023-24 school year, that would mean they’re not considered a leaver, they’re a student. Former Student 2’s survey can be deleted from my list.

I’ll locate Former Student 2 in the table, and under the Remove Leaver column, click the Delete button.

A popup window appears, asking me to provide the reason for deleting Former Student 2. I’ll select the first option: youth reenrolled and/or did not permanently exit high school in the 2023-24 school year. Then click Delete.
